Michael Morrison, D.D.S.
Dr. Michael Morrison has been practicing General Dentistry on the Central Coast for 22 years. After high school, he attended University of California at Irvine for undergraduate studies. He received his doctorate in dental surgery from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. He keeps his skills current with regular attendance in dental education courses as well as a commitment to incorporate modern technology into his practice. He has extended training in:
- Implant restorations
- Nobel Biocare Implant System
- Computerized dental restorations using CEREC by Sirona
- Dentures, especially immediate dentures (first time fabrication)
He holds membership in the Coastal Implant Study Group. As well as, Central Coast Dental Society, California and American Dental Associates. Dr. Morrison and his wife Debi live in Arroyo Grande with their two children, Ken and Eric.
Charisse
Hi, my name is Charisse. I was born and raised in San Jose where I have received my dental training. I have been a Registered Dental Assistant for eleven years. I am very happy to be at Dr. Morrison's office. My spare time is taken up with my husband and three children.
Ellie
I have been with Dr. Morrison since 1995. My background was dental assisting for 15 years. For the past 4 years I have handled insurance claims and processing.
Karen
I grew up in Southern California and Grass Valley. In 1984 I graduated from the Orange Coast College Dental Assisting program and worked my way to the front office, over the years. I have been with Dr. Morrison for 9 great years. I have a wonderful husband and a 9 year old son. I love the outdoors, knitting and yoga.
Kayla
I grew up mostly in Southern California, moving to the Central Coast in 1986. I have attended Cal Poly Pomona and San Luis Obispo receiving my Dental Hygiene education from Pasadena City College. I have been part of Dr. Morrison's dental health team since 1998. When I'm not in the dental office I help my husband Eric, with his horse training business. We enjoy travel and shopping. I have one daughter and three stepsons. I'm never bored.
Kelly
I consider myself a local girl, having lived in the area since 1972. My 27+ years in dentistry have given me experience in finance, marketing, and management. Working with Dr. Morrison since February 2006 has allowed me to utilize my skills. In my spare time I enjoy my teenage son, our local outdoors, making jewelry and cooking.
Sherry
I've been a full time dental hygienist for 32 years. After several years of practice in the Bay Area, I loved to SLO in 1979. I've worked for Dr. Morrison since 2003 and have found the perfect professional workplace in his office. My outside interests are wide ranging and creative, from painting to historical reenacting. My husband and I love to travel.
Tracy
I grew up in Bakersfield, CA and went to San Joaquin Valley College. I have been a Registered Dental Assistant for 12 years working with Dr. Morrison for years. I'm married and I have a beautiful new granddaughter. I love living on the Central Coast.
Vivian
I was born and raised in Santa Maria, CA. I have been in the dental field for 9 years. I graduated from the dental assisting program at San Jose City College in 1997. I just recently graduated from San Joaquin Valley College Dental Hygiene program. I am currently working with Dr. Morrison and love what I do. I enjoy snowboarding, spending time with my boyfriend and our 2 boxer dogs.
